At Xenia Foxio, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to the moment your Tall Ship arrives at your doorstep. This Delivery and Return Policy outlines all necessary information regarding shipping, delivery timelines, and our return and exchange procedures.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally to most destinations, with standard and expedited shipping options available at checkout. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom-made or specially commissioned Tall Ships may require an extended preparation period of 7–14 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Xenia Foxio is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect address information.

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • A return request must be submitted via email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or product defect).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Tall Ship arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation. We may request the damaged item to be returned for inspection.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
